P90X Core Synergistics – What to Expect

This workout is all about the ‘Core’. It helps you to strengthen your core muscles. Its a fun workouts that will really make you sweat! Most people have no idea the important role core muscles play in everyday activities – P90X Core Synergistics will give you more of an edge.

As time goes on and you start a second, third or even forth 90 day cycle of P90X, you may decide to through this in on your Kempo X day. I definitely recommend you stick to the schedule for your 1st round of P90X, but as time goes on, you’ll know when you can modify some of the workout days.

This is what you’ll do on Core Synergistics day:
