21 Day Fix How to Keep it Fresh!

What’s up!!!?? It’s been such a long time since I’ve posted ANYTHING! Sorry!! I’ve been so busy working with some of the new coaches who decided to take control of, not only their fitness but their finances too! I’ve been running what’s called mini sessions. Its like a mentorship for an handful of people who join me as a coach each month. I’ve basically made that my focus for a while. I’ve put a system into place that is so easy to do and easy for my new coaches to do with their coaches! Its became a “win-win” for everyone. So that’s what I’ve been up to! And just FYI if you’d like to get more information about being apart of my next internship position shoot me a message and I’ll be glad to talk to you more about it. I must warn you though, I can only work with a few each month. Mainly because I want to make sure I give them my full support and attention. My goal is to get you helping others and earning income as quickly as I can! So get in early!

21 Day Fix – How to Keep it Fresh!

First off let me say that Autumn Calabrese knows what she’s talking about! There’s a Reason that this program continues to stay at the TOP of the sales charts! BECAUSE IT WORKS! So you’re short on time? Well guess what, so is everyone else! Here’s the reality…if you want change then you’ve got to be willing to change. EVERYONE can change. You might be thinking “oh im so busy and I can’t fit 30 minutes to workout into my life”. Bull CRAP! Yes you can. You might have to give something up, or shift some things around but you CAN do it!

So how can it really save you time? It saves a ton of time in the kitchen. Like I said before. All you need to do it look at the meal planner. When you go to the store, you get the things you need (you may already have most of what it calls for), then you start prepping your food.

Lets just say on a Sunday afternoon you cook enough food for the week. Its really not that hard and its not like cooking each night for dinner. Cooking in bulk takes only a short time, and once its done, its DONE! Then you just measure out in your containers for each meal for the next 3, 5, or 7 days. Or if you want you could measure out each day the night before. So Im sure your thinking; I’ve got a spouse and kids in the house. This isn’t going to work! Well I would first invite you to STOP looking for a reason to fail! Secondly, its not crazy food!! Its good, healthy foods, that in all honesty your family needs to eat too. Think about it! You’re teaching your family the habits that they are going to carry on for life. Right? So why not get their taste buds used to making healthy choices and even teaching them the right portions to eat. Now thats something worth passing down to each generation!

Yes they are really 30 minutes. Are they easy or hard? Well, you can make it easy by lolly-gagging around or you can make it tough by pushing yourself for the time you have. Its up to you.

P90X3 Challenge – Support + Accountability = RESULTS

Hi all! Its been such a long time since I’ve wrote a post I’ve almost forgot how to!

So I’ve finally decided Im going to give P90X3 a go. I’ve been doing mostly Body Beast to try and add some size. Love Body Beast, but my first love was P90X and I’ve had X3 since it came out. My wife actually did 90 days straight of X3 and got really good results! I’ll put up her before and afters at the end of this post.

As I was reading in the P90X3 Guide, I looked at the X3 Mass Program (theres also a Classic, Lean, and Doubles) and decided that’s what Im going to do next. I’ve personally gained some weight (which I wanted to do) with Body Beast and now I need to cut some of the body fat, so I thought what better program to help me do that than X3!

Where does the Challenge come in?

If you’ve read any of my post, then you’ll know I like to run what’s called Challenge Groups. They’re basically private groups that I create on Facebook and I hold you accountable along with the other people who have committed to take the Challenge! You see, research has shown that, support + accountability = RESULTS! I give you all that for free basically. P90X3 in my opinion is a complete game changer for the fitness industry. How do you Commit to the P90X3 Challenge?

Its easy to commit. Here are some of the questions that I would ask you to find out what you want to accomplish.

Q: Why are you wanting to do this challenge?

Q: What does that mean to you? (“that” meaning your answer to the first question.)

Q: Are you willing to commit to change for the 90 days of the challenge? Specifically are you willing to try new things, new foods, and workout each week trying your best to not miss any workouts or the most important meal of the day?

You might be thinking…whats the most important meal of the day? Breakfast? Thats what I’ve always heard. Well kinda. Of course I don’t want you to miss breakfast, but Shakeology is specifically what Im referring to.

21 Day Fix – 15 lbs Lost!

Can you really lose up to 15 pounds in 21 day?
